this is a discription of tasks for an admin page named joinverify.php.
Page will use the layout and styling of Edit_Members.php
the page will display all rows in the table newjoin of members.db. 
the page will alow admin to select a row and edit/update any field.
Then with approvial, using a 'save to paid member' button, the page will copy the row into a new row of table Members in members.db and delete the row from table newjoin.
